I contacted our representative at MagnaFlow about installing the MagnaFlow Exhaust System, part # MF15815, on your 1965 Ford Mustang GT. He informed me that the exhaust system will exit through the rear valance exhaust holes.
I have linked instructions for the MagnaFlow Exhaust System, part # MF15815, and an FAQ on exhaust installation.
