Does the wire bolt puller/fish wire come with the kit?

I spoke with my contact at Curt and he informed me that there is an included fishwire with the # C12272 Curt Hitch. It will be included in the bag that also has the installation instructions.
I also attached installation instructions for the # C12272 for you to check out.
