In regards to the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56174 which is a fit for a 2012 - 2018 Fiat 500 and a 2012 - 2017 Fiat 500 Abarth, the wire colors after the converter are as follows:

Green: Right Turn/Stop Light
Yellow: Left Turn/Stop Light
Brown: Running Light
White: Ground

The t-connector with the yellow wire will go to the driver side tail light housing and the t-connector with the green wire will go to the passenger side tail light housing.
