The Westin T-Max Tow Hook # 46-3005 that you referenced is for a Westin MAX Winch Tray. If you have one installed on your 2008 Ford F-150 then this will fit.
If you don't have the Westin MAX winch Tray just let me know what you have installed on your F-150 and I can see if we have an alternative solution for you.
