Are the measurements overall lip to lip or the opening.

I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Better Bath RV Kitchen Sink # LC426017. The listed 14 inch x 10 inch measurements are indeed its overall dimensions, from outside to outside. The actual inside opening dimensions are 12 inches x 8 inches.
I have attached a diagram to assist.
