Installation of Kats KH22400 Battery Heating Pad

Question:
does this pad have a top and bottom side when it is installed under the battery? it appears to have a smooth and a textured side. I just received mine from e-trailer. Thank you for the reasonably priced, fast delivery service.

Kat's Heaters Battery Heating Pad # KH22400 does have a top and bottom side. You will want to install it so that the smooth/flat side (the side without the bump where the power cord enters) is against the battery case. So in other words, that smooth/flat side should face up.
