Would this work with 2017 OEM Kia Sorento Crossbars no sunroof?

I am not sure what the dimensions are for the OEM roof rack on your 2017 Kia Sorento but I can say that the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier # RRS520 fits the Rhino-Rack Aero-Style crossbars. These crossbars measure 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall so as long as your OEM crossbars don't exceed this the Nuatic carrier will fit and work great!
If you don't have tie-down points on your Sorento then you can use the Anchor Straps # RRRBAS-2 for an easy connection.
Please note that these have a weight capacity of 165 lbs but you need to verify the weight rating of your OEM roof rack and keep from exceeding it.
