The Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Post Style - Folding - 4 Kayaks # RRS520 will fit on your 2018 Toyota 4Runner factory crossbars. They will simply clamp around your crossbars in your desired location. The arms fold down for storage or overhead clearance to allow you to enter a garage without removing the carrier. This carrier comes with tie-downs for 2 kayaks but you also may be interested in the anchor straps # RRRBAS-2 or additional straps # RRRTD55P for up to 2 additional kayaks.
