Question:
I have a 2013 Ford F-350 4x4 Crew cab w/SB. I understand that from factory Ford uses a round receiver for the goose ball. I need to extend the connection point 4”-5” to the rear and have a way to lock the goose all into the receiver. Is there an offset ball manufactured that works with the Ford factory install? How is it locked into receiver to keep gooseball centered and secured? I would like to use a Reese goose box in place of standard 5th wheel pin box to free up room in box and have pickup with clean bed when not towing.

I may have a solution for you, however there unfortunately is not an offset gooseneck ball available that will fit the factory puck receiver on your 2013 Ford F-350.
To obtain the needed offset while still leaving your bed clear when not towing I recommend taking a look at the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3139. This will take the place of the Reese Goose Box you were considering by bolting over the existing king pin your trailer (instead of replacing it) and converting it to a gooseneck coupler. This particular model features an 8 inch offset that is designed for short bed trucks like what you have. It has a 24,000 pound weight capacity.
I have attached a short video demonstration that you can also check out.
