I have ST225/75R15 tires and need to buy winter cover for them what size do i need?

A ST225/75R15 Tire would have a diameter of approximately 28.28 inches. The cover you referenced, part # 052963751604 would work for you, but would be a bit large.
Classic Accessories makes an identical cover, part # 052963751406, that is designed for a 28 to 29 inch tire, and would be a better fit. These covers are primarily designed for spare tires that are mounted on the rear of a vehicle or on a trailer.
