I have a 2018 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed and want to know if there's a gooseneck hitch that will fit my truck.

We do have gooseneck hitches that fit your 2018 Ford F-150 with a 5-12 foot bed. For that the best option is the B&W Turnoverball part # BW77FR which is a confirmed custom fit. B&W hitches are considered by basically all RVers to be the best options around as they very well-made here in the US and are very reliable for a long time. You'll also want the offset ball part # BWGNXA4085 too for added clearance since your truck bed is so short.

You also should note that the only type of gooseneck trailer you'll be able to tow will be one that has a tapered nose like a livestock trailer and not a wide nose like a horse trailer with living quarters due to cab to trailer interference.
