Recommended Fifth Wheel Hitch for 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 With Factory Prep Package

Question:

I have a new 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 with a long bed, 8 ft, and the factory fifth wheel prep package with the puck system. I am looking for the best fifth wheel hitch so what do you recommend?

The fifth wheel hitch I strongly recommend for your 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 is the B&W Companion because of how secure its jaws are and the quiet ride it gives you compared to other fifth wheel hitches on the market.

The Companion will fit directly into your '19 Sierra 3500's puck system and is available with either a 20,000 lb towing capacity at part # BWRVK3700 or a 25,000 lb towing capacity at part # BWRVK3705.

This hitch is considered by many to be the best fifth wheel hitch available. With hundreds of reviews to date from our customers who have purchased the Companion it has received a nearly unanimous 5-star rating. It features dual jaws which are an impressive 1" thick and provide complete contact with your king pin so you know that your connection is completely secure; I've added a picture of the jaws so you can see for yourself how impressive they are.

The Companion is also going to give you a much quieter ride with less rattling than other fifth wheel hitches due to that secure connection as well as its polyurethane bushings. It also has a fully articulating, pivoting head, which is a huge benefit not only because it helps reduce chucking but also because it will make hooking up your trailer much simpler.

In addition, the 20,000 lb Companion # BWRVK3700 and 25,000 lb Companion # BWRVK3705 feature a cam-action latch to deter binding and have three different height settings to ensure you are level with your fifth wheel.

I have added links to video reivews of both hitches for you to check out.
