How do i find out if i have an 8 on 6-1/2inch bolt pattern and a 7-bolt brake flange.

The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R1258L12 you referenced is a fit for 12,000-lb Dexter and Lippert axles with leaf springs.
Keep in mind your current idler hubs need to have an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern and a 7-bolt brake flange. If you are not sure what bolt pattern you have I've added a link on this page to a help article that explains how to determine your bolt pattern.
