For your 2018 Toyota Prius the Thule Aeroblade Roof Rack you have would be part # TH711400, # TH710501, and # TH145029. I attached an install video to this page that shows this rack installed on a 2017 Toyota Prius which will be the exact same as your 2018 Prius.
