I have a 2014 Forest River Forster 3011DS 32 ft class c. I am looking to install replacement airbags as 1 of the airbags ruptured what model should I buy? Would you know if the 2458 was installed by forest river

The replacement air bag part number you'd need for the Firestone kit part # F2485 that you have is the part # F6397. I would be surprised if Forest River had installed this kit on your RV as this is almost exclusively an aftermarket install.
