The Curt Class I Receiver Hitch # C11110 is confirmed to fit your 2012 Kia Soul. This Class I trailer hitch has a 1-1/4 inch receiver, 2,000 pound maximum gross towing capacity, and 200 pound max tongue weight. I have attached an installation video of this hitch for you.

If you will be using the hitch for hitch accessories, like bike racks, you will be limited to those that are compatible with Class I hitches. You will want to make sure not to exceed the towing and tongue weight capacity of your hitch or vehicle as stated in the vehicle owners manual.
