Roof basket for 2010 Forester with #59636 roof racks. I am not sure which roof basket will work. Can you please suggest one that will work with the rail spread. Thanks!

The Inno Aero Roof Rack # INXB130-138 (Crosbars), # INXS250 (Feet) & INK393 (Fit Kit) on a 2010 Subaru Forester with a naked roof has a crossbar spread of 28", and there is a great option for a roof basket that will work for you with this rack. I recommend checking out the SportRack Vista Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # SR9035.
This basket will fit your crossbar spread and is is 44" long x 39-1/8" wide x 6-1/4" tall which gives you plenty of room to add cargo.
