Can I use a Curt 16023 puck adapter system to mount a Pullrite model 2700 16K slider hitch on a 2018 Chev 3500HD 6 ft bed? Thank You.

The Curt 5th Wheel Adapter # C16023 will fit the factory under bed rail kit in your short bed Silverado 3500 but it is meant specifically for use with any of several Curt sliding 5th wheel hitches.

Since your PullRite model 2700 5th wheel hitch fits into industry standard above bed rails the correct adapter for your application is the Demco part # DM6194 which is shown in the linked video. This adapter drops into your factory prep setup and provides the equivalent of industry standard base rails like the Reese universal kit # RP30035 that you referenced.
