Will the Derale Engine oil cooler #D15502 fit on a 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T?

Yes, the Derale Oil cooler part # D15502 that you referenced will fit and work well on your 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T. I looked up the thread size of your oil filter and it's 22 mm x 1.5 mm which is the same size as one of the fittings that comes with this kit.
