For your 2013 Kia Soul, you are going to want to use the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness part # HM11143975, not the Plug-N-Tow (R) Wiring Harness part # 33925. This harness is a plug and play option just like the one you referenced. You will need to route a wire to the battery for power but we have a help article which I have attached to help with this.
