Question:
Will it fit over 2 30lbs tanks, is it easy to remove if you want to refill your tanks? I have a load leveling set up on my trailer , will it interfere with installing it?

As far as the height goes the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier # CC-255 measures approximately 29 inches from the top of the trailer frame to the bottom of the tray. The tray will fit a spacing of 12 inches to 52 inches measured from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other. You can use these measurements to determine if it will fit around your tanks and how much space you would have for the purposes of filling the tanks.
If you needed to you could remove the tray or the whole assembly fairly easily by removing a few key bolts. So in other words it isn't difficult to get it out of the way but it would require tools.
Because the tray has such a wide mounting range I am sure you would be able to place it in a way so that it doesn't interfere with your weight distribution system.
