The Stromberg Carlson Cargo Tray Carrier part # CC-255 that you referenced is designed to fit trailer frame widths of between 12 inches and 52 inches. As long as the frame width of your trailer fits that range while either in front of of behind your Prodigy RF part # TK94FR you should be fine.
The frame bracket/pocket that you mentioned measures 8 inches tall by 4-3/4 inches. The distance from the front support bracket to the side brackets will vary based on the width of the side brackets so I can't give you a solid figure on that.
