Will the Clip on Mirror Part # 11501 fit the 2013 F-150 XLT? If not which one do i need ? And how does the signal light on back of my Mirror show through the clip on Mirror?

Longview has a very similar set of towing mirrors that are a confirmed fit for your 2013 Ford F-150, part # CTM2300B. But the CIPA mirrors you mentioned would not work so I would not recommend them for you. I attached an install video for these mirrors on a similar 2013 Ford F-150 as yours for you to check out as well.
