Question:
I have the kuat nv2.0 + the 2.0 add on so i can carry all 4 bikes. why is the rack holder on the from instead of in the middle which would distribute the weight more evenly? ALSO can it handle the kuat 4 bike rack cause its heavy. Thanks!

Great questions!
When I first saw the Hollywood Racks Rack Valet Rolling Storage Cart # HRRV-1 I had the same reaction, but when you see a bike rack installed it makes sense because the weight of the bike rack will actually be more towards the center due to the length of the shank.
I attached a picture of the Hollywood Racks TRS # HR3000 installed on the Valet for you to check out. When folded up this sits at a similar spot to your Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22B-NA22B (Metallic Black ) or # NV22G-NA22G (Gunmetal Gray). If the receiver was in the middle of the valet then the weight of the rack would sit only on one side and it would fall over.
The valet can hold up to 100 lbs. Since the NV 2.0 weighs 82 lbs it will work great for your application.
