We do have a variety of replacement caps for trailer jacks to choose from but we don't have a way to know if any of them would fit directly on your Shelby 5759 trailer jack.
Among the replacement caps on the linked page we have the Fulton # F091754000 for 2" diameter round jacks and the Fulton # F0917504-00 for square jacks which measures 2-1/4" x 2-1/4". These are designed for Fulton jacks but they may fit your Shelby depending on the style that you have.
