What is the size and length screw for mounting the brake controller to the trailer frame.

The included hardware to mount the Prodigy RF # TK94FR is 1/4"-14 x 1-1/4". That is to say they are 1/4 inch, 14 threads per inch, 1-1/4 inches long. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a video on the RF for you.
