How to Help a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 with Rear End Sag
Published 07/23/2018 >
Question:
Thank you Connor. What is the length on these steel springs? I was thinking maybe getting the Air Lift Aircell custom helper springs maybe because they have more adjustments spacers in the kit. Whats the best route to go?

In order to help keep the rear end of your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 from sagging while towing or hauling your four wheeler I recommend using the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-209-40. This spring will replace the factory jounce spring that you have on your truck and provide you with a cushion between the frame and rear axle that will help to alleviate some of the rear end sag you have while towing or hauling. The best option about this system is that it will not affect ride quality while unloaded. The photo you have attached is of the factory jounce spring and I do not recommend adding a spacer nor do we have any options for that.
These springs are also very easy to install as you can see in the attached install video.
