Yes, you can mount and wire an electric stabilizer, or install manual stabilizers, as long as you will still have adequate ground clearance. All such items require a suitable mounting point on the frame where you can bolt them on.

A nice set of manual stabilizers is the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jack # UF48-979002. These have a collapsed height that is under 5-inches.

We also have kits like # UF48-979004 which is a set of four separate (and stackable) support jacks that offer the advantage of allowing you to place them under the frame at whatever points best work for the ground at your specific campsite. Since they do not have to permanently mount on the frame you lose no ground clearance while traveling.

An electric stabilizer like the Lippert # LC298707 or # LC369774 can certainly be installed (these also reduce ground clearance by less than 5-inches) but this unit is 78-inches long which may be too wide for your trailer frame. Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer # UF39-941707 is a dual motor unit that adjusts to different frame widths (42 to 77-inches) and it requires 24-inches of frame space for its mounting brackets as shown in the linked photo.
