The website shows the lock and key, but one of each. How would I be able to get the same lock and the same keys for both. Is there any lock/cores that are sold as a pair?. How exactly does that work to get two keys and two lock cores that match each other with the same keys too.

There were different versions of the Sears X Cargo box and it sounds like you may have one that uses the Thule One Key System lock cores.
If so, the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200 will give you two lock cores that are keyed alike.
Should your X Cargo not use these lock cores then you would have to use the Replacement Lock Core and Key # SR03807 which does not have a keyed-alike option for multiple lock cores. To ensure this will work, the lock will need to resemble this one.
