Hello, What adapter size do I need for a Fox Rhythm 32 forks? Or how do I measure it?

If you take a look at the accompanying photo, you can see where the 15mm measurement of the Yakima Universal Fork Adapter for 15-mm Thru Axle Forks # Y02099 comes from.
Your thru-axle fork would need to measure 15mm when aligned with the Adapter for it to work.
