Is there an included attachment hardware bag of nuts and bolts? What are the recommended attachment anchor bolts for any truck body bed interior?

Hardware is not included with the D-Rings part # MMP536 that you referenced. The holes in the anchors though are 3/8 inch in diameter and you'd want to go with hardware that matches what your application calls for and this size.
