Question:

the trim molding on my RV is 1 1/4 inches I used 1 inch screw cover and it comes out of the molding?

The Camco RV Vinyl Trim Insert # CAM25202 is 1-inch wide and is intended to slide into an existing metal track on an RV, such as the one shown in the linked photo. That metal channel is what holds the trim strip in place.

We have this type of material in two widths, 1-inch like Camco part # CAM25202 and 3/4-inch like # CAM25262, and all such items appear on the linked page. I contacted Camco to see if they also offer the 1-1/4-inch wide trim but they do not.

Depending on the channel you have it may be possible to compress it with pliers to reduce its width enough to allow use of the 1-inch trim material.
