For your 2018 Nissan Rogue, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class III # 75902. This is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver opening so it will give you the most options for ball mounts, bike racks, cargo carriers, etc. It will be stronger than a Class I or Class II trailer hitch, so you will be able to pull both trailers.
For your wiring, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56033. This wiring harness will connect to your factory wiring harness which is located behind the driver's and passenger's side interior trim panels in your rear cargo area. This harness will require power from your battery to protect your vehicle electronics, so I've attached an article on routing that wire to assist. For a fixed mount option, I recommend the etrailer.com kit # 989900. This kit comes with two different size ball mounts and two hitch balls as well as the pin and clip and storage bag. I've attached some videos to further assist.
For a ball mount, you have a couple options. You can use a fixed height or an adjustable ball mount. For an adjustable ball mount, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10047B which will give you the height adjustability to tow level and gives you all three standard hitch ball sizes. This mount also stores away for a clean look that also protects your shins when not in use. I recommend using a hitch lock like # BX8858 to secure your investment with this ball mount.
