The correct replacement tarp for the TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover part # TX545901 that you have on your 2010 Ram 1500 with the 5-1/2' bed is the Replacement Cover for TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft, Roll-up Tonneau Cover part # TX5459-CVR as long as you do not have the RamBox. If you do have the RamBox then the correct replacement tarp for the TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover part # TX544901 that you have on your 2010 Ram 1500 with the 5-1/2' bed is the Replacement Cover for TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft, Roll-up Tonneau Cover part # TX5449-CVR.
The number you found on the frame rail does not necessarily correspond to the correct replacement.
