I purchased the Westin HDX Grill Guard for a 2015 GMC 1500. I traded it in and kept the guard. I need a mount kit for the new vehicle - 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500.

Both a grille guard itself, along with its mounting hardware, are vehicle specific. This means that a grille guard cannot generally be transferred to a new vehicle, even when using the correct mounting hardware.
The Westin grill guards for the 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 and your new 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 are not interchangeable. In order to install a grill guard on your new Silverado, you will need a new grille guard and mounting hardware.
For the Westin HDX that fits your Silverado, I recommend part # 57-3785 for the Black Powder Coated Steel model or # 57-3780 for Polished Stainless Steel. Both guards will include the necessary mounting hardware for installation.
