The Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum # TH500XTB will not work with the over the cab extension. I confirmed this with my contact at Thule.
For the over the cab support you would need the TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XT-EX or the # TH27000XTB in matte black along with the Cantilever Extension for Thule Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Racks # TH24001XT which only comes in silver.
