The Conversion Kit # PAL8525 you referenced would only be used to add power to an existing Pop & Lock.
To add a tailgate lock to your 2015 Ford F-250 it will need to have an 8' bed, and to add a powered lock you need to have the factory power locks on your truck.
If your '15 F-250 is a Crew Cab with factory power locks you need the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock # PAL8250-PL9510.
Should you have factory power locks but do NOT have a Crew Cab you need the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock # PAL8250.
If your F-250 does NOT have factory power locks you need the Pop & Lock The Gate Defender Truck Tailgate Lock for Removable Tailgates # PAL9900, which will work with any cab on your truck.
