Question:

Im looking at the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4 Item # C11363 to accommodate my Saris bike rack which has an outside dimension of 2inch on the tube. Is there a sleeve I can buy that will allow this rack to fit the 1 1/4inch hitch

The Curt hitch part # C11363 is designed for lighter duty vehicles like your 2013 Fiat 500 which is why it has the smaller hitch size of 1-1/4 inches. Your bike rack is designed for the larger hitch size of 2 inch which we have the adapter # HT5R for.

But you should note that when you use an adapter like this you cut the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. So you'd be left with 100 lbs tongue weight capacity and limited to only carrying 2 bikes.
