Can the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # E19148 be Installed on a Wood Deck

Question:
Hi, Is it ok to mount this directly to wood decking? I.E., not going through or into any part of the trailer frame? I have a SureTrac galvanized high side trailer with 2x6 decking Will the decking alone hold? I always assumed I would have to go through the trailer frame. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. Thank you!

You definitely can install the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # E19148 to the wood deck on your SureTrac trailer. In fact, I don't think I have seen anyone mount it to the actual frame of their trailer as of yet. If you would like to add some extra support you can use the Backing Plate # BPEZ as well.
I have attached a picture from a customer and a review video that we took. Both of which show the E-Track installed on a wood deck.
