Can our suggest the best anti theft tongue lock for a XR-84 ?

For your XR-84 surge actuator, I recommend taking a look at the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-318. This is an excellent coupler lock that uses a unique ball and shackle to fit a variety of coupler styles. It features an anti-drill pin that discourages attempts to drill out the lock and a bolt-blocked locking system to prevent thieves from prying open the lock. 2 keys are included.
I have attached an image of this lock being used on a surge actuator similar to the XR-84 model that you have on your trailer, along with a short video demonstration that you can check out.
