I am looking at Air Lift product #AL57577. Can you confirm these will work/fit on a 2018 F350 SRW 4x4 deisel with the factory 5th wheel hitch set up? Thank you

I spoke to my contact at AirLift and they informed me that the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57577 will work with your 2018 Ford F-350 that has the factory 5th wheel prep package. They have not experienced any issues with this setup on vehicles with a factory prep package therefore am confident that it will also work for you.

If you would like to add an on-board compressor which will eliminate having to exit the cab of the truck and find access to an external compressor, I recommend using the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System part # AL25856. I have attached a review video on the above airbag kit for you as well.
