we have a 2002 dually with a super hitch for towing, its kicking rocks up and denting our enclosed car trailer. Will this fit on or over the super hitch?

You can use the RoadMaster RoadWing # RM-4400-102 with your TorkLift SuperHitch # TLD1100 on your 2002 Dodge Ram Pickup, but I am not sure if you will be able to utilize both receivers with the mudflaps installed. If you are only using one of the ball mounts then this is a great option for you as the mudflaps are 36" wide.
