Yes, the 2013 and 2014 Toyota Matrix Roof Rack by Rhino Rack # DS126B and # DK185 will work with and fit the Thule Portage Canoe Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # TH819. The kit includes everything that you will need to secure your canoe, it has a 150-lb capacity. The # TH819 has a spread range of 24" - 36".
The roof rack consists of:

# RRRLKVA
# DK185
This is a side-loading option. You may need to get a little help lifting the canoe up on the roof. But once it is installed properly it is one of the better canoe carriers that we have to offer. This product has durable brackets that have ramped sides for easy loading, and the padded bases ensure safe passage for your canoe. Tie-downs are included.
