For the for the Thule Xsporter Ladder Rack 422XT on your 2012 Ford F-150 there is a replacement bed rail clamp.

The correct part is the Replacement Bed Rail Clamp # 8523159001.

This Part (8523159001) did not work with my 2020 Silverado for the 422xt. Any suggestions?

How did it not fit? Was it too small? The mounting hardware for the Xsporter is actually very generic and usually only changes when the truck has a rail system in the bed.
