There are quite a few trailer hitches for the 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500, but none that fit both a 2002 and 2014 model.

To add a hitch to your '14 Chevy Silverado 1500 I recommend the Curt # C14006, which is a Class IV hitch with a 2" receiver and 10,000 lb towing capacity. It is a complete bolt-on installation that will not require any drilling, as you can see in the video I've linked showing it being installed on a 2014 Silverado.
