For your 1954 Chevy Pickup, we don't have a custom fit trailer hitch. My recommendation is to use the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 which will allow you to customize the fit for your truck and will give you a 2 inch receiver opening.
Another option is to use the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver - 18"-51" Wide - 2" Drop - Class III - 2" # C13701 which can be bolted in place.
