I do have an option to help you lift the front of your RV on a 2010 Ford F-350 chassis but nothing for the rear. For the front, I recommend using the SuperCoils Custom Suspension Coils part # SSC-30. The SuperCoils will lift the front of your E-350 approximately 2". They have a 3,395 lbs weight capacity and come with a 3 year warranty. None of the SumoSprings would raise the ride height of the vehicle.
For the rear you would want to look into a lift block that go between the leaf spring and axle or a set of longer shackle straps but as mentioned above, we do not carry these components for your E-350.
