Will Yakima FullBack Trunk Rack fit my Specialized Stump Jumper without an adapter of some sort?

Thanks for the picture of the bike frame on your Specialized Stump Jumper. Based on that you'd need a bike frame adapter bar like part # UB01 to carry it on the Yakima FullBack 3 part # Y02633.
This adapter attaches to the steering stem and to the seat post to give you the horizontal attachment point that the bike rack needs.
