The CIPA Top Mounted Blind Spot Mirror # CM49805 that you referenced is a universal clamp on fit. We haven't test fit it on a 2010 Ford Expedition, but I have no reason to doubt why it would fit.
I went out to the warehouse and took some quick measurements to help you know if it will properly fit your mirror. The plate that slides between your mirror housing and the mirror itself is 1/16" thick. The smallest that the opening between the screws and the plate is 1/8". You can use these measurements along with the attached photo and review video to help you determine a fit.
