have a 2018 cougar 5th wheel. how do I remove the leaking spray-away valve in the the first place?

The Replacement Dual Handle Faucet for D&W Inc Spray-Away Unit # PF213247 uses a quick-connect fitting for the central spray hose connection. The whole assembly is held in place by the two threaded black plastic hot and cold water feeds on the back. Disconnect the water lines from the black threaded fittings, remove the whole fixture and re-install the new one by reversing the removal process.
